Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Download the Nyvro app from the Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS coming soon). Open the app and follow the registration process. You'll need to provide a valid email address and create a secure password.

How do I verify my email?

After registration, check your email inbox for a verification code. Enter the code in the app to verify your account. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or request a new verification code.

How do I complete my profile?

Go to your profile settings and fill in all the required information. Add photos, write a bio, select your preferences, and make sure your profile is complete to get better matches.

Account & Security

How do I change my password?

Go to Settings → Security → Change Password. Enter your current password and choose a new secure password. Make sure to use a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.

How do I enable two-factor authentication?

Two-factor authentication is available in Settings → Security. Enable it to add an extra layer of security to your account.

What should I do if I forget my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive instructions to reset your password.

Matching & Connections

How does the matching algorithm work?

Our AI-powered algorithm analyzes your profile, preferences, interests, and behavior to suggest compatible matches. The more complete your profile, the better your matches will be.

How do I see who liked my profile?

If you have a premium subscription, you can see who has liked your profile. Otherwise, you'll see matches when both users like each other.

Can I undo a swipe?

Yes! Premium users can undo their last swipe. Free users have a limited number of undo actions per day.

Privacy & Safety

How do I block a user?

Go to the user's profile and tap the three dots menu. Select "Block User" from the options. Blocked users won't be able to contact you or see your profile.

How do I report inappropriate behavior?

If you encounter inappropriate behavior, use the Report button on the user's profile or conversation. Our safety team reviews all reports promptly.

How do I control who can see my profile?

Go to Settings → Privacy to control your visibility settings. You can choose who can see your profile, distance, and other information.

Premium Features

What are the benefits of premium?

Premium members enjoy ad-free experience, unlimited likes, see who liked you, undo swipes, and access to advanced filters.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your premium features will remain active until the end of your billing period.

Technical Support

What should I do if the app crashes?

Try closing and reopening the app. If the problem persists, update to the latest version from the app store. If issues continue, contact our support team.

How do I update the app?

Visit the Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS) and check for updates. Enable automatic updates for the best experience.
